British singer Kate Bush is back in the news 37 years after she topped the charts with her 1985 hit Running Up That Hill. The so-called Sound Witch, thanks to her ability to mix pop culture and soprano vocal performances, is now topping the charts. And it's all thanks to the cover of her famous hit from the Netflix sci-fi series Stranger Things.

A source told the Sun newspaper, Kate is on track to cash a seven-figure check due to the resurgence of her hit.

He added: She owns all the publishing and licensing rights, and she wrote it, so almost all the money will be for her.

This song currently has over a million listens on Spotify.

I'm overwhelmed by the outpouring of affection and support the song is receiving, the artist reacted. I have to admit that I'm really moved by this. Thank you so much for making the song number one in such an unexpected way.
