After a three-year wait, the South Korean series, "Squid Game", due out in 2021, is back. This Thursday, February 1ᵉʳ, Netflix unveiled the first images from the new season. As a reminder, hundreds of players decide to compete in various games with deadly outcomes in a bid to win a large sum of money.
The first season's lead actor, Lee Jung-Jae, is back as Seong Gi-Hun, the big winner of the first "Squid Game", who decides to play again to confront his creators. According to series creator Hwang Dong-hyuk, this new season will be darker than the first, and the hero will have to make decisions that could change him forever.
Netflix has adapted this series into a reality show with real players and real tests, entitled "Squid Game: The Challenge", which has been airing on the platform since November 22.
