New drama in the United States: three people were shot dead in an upscale neighborhood of Los Angeles

Three people were shot and killed, and four others injured, at a party held Saturday at a luxury home near Beverly Hills, an upscale neighborhood in Los Angeles.
The tragedy comes as California is still scarred by two shootings that left a total of 18 people dead on January 21 and 23.
The three victims were found in a vehicle parked outside. The four injured, two of them critically, were hospitalized Saturday.
The house where the party was held is located in one of the richest areas of Los Angeles, where multi-million dollar homes compete for attention.
Investigators believe that a "gathering" was taking place there but do not yet know the nature of it, said police officer Bruce Borihanh to reporters.
