Joe Biden has not yet decided whether he will run again in 2024

Eva Deschamps / September 19, 2022

Is it a final decision that I will run again? That remains to be seen," he told CBS, but said that was his "intention" for now.

The oldest president ever elected in the United States, Joe Biden will turn 80 on November 20. He would be 82 at the beginning of a possible second term, and 86 at the end.

Since his election in November 2020, however, the president has repeatedly projected himself into the 2024 election, indicating that he would again choose his current vice president, Kamala Harris, to be his running mate.
