Fatal shooting on a film set: the victim's family files a complaint against Alec Baldwin

The family of a filmmaker killed by the accidental firing of a gun on the set of the western film Rust filed a lawsuit Tuesday against actor Alec Baldwin, who was handling the gun at the time of the tragedy, his lawyers announced.
Brian Panish, who represents the husband and son of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, who died on October 21 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, blamed Alec Baldwin's dangerous behavior and is seeking substantial damages.
