War in Ukraine: father bids heartbreaking farewell to his family, men between 18 and 60 banned from leaving the country

In the midst of chaos, caused by the Russian invasion, Ukrainian families must make decisions in a hurry to be safe. This video, filmed in a safe place according to the media Journojoli, shows the heartbreaking farewell of a father to his child and his wife. The father bids farewell to his daughter in tears and embraces her. He does not know when he will find her.
 
The mother and daughter will board a bus and leave the country. The man will not follow them.
 
Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky announced Friday the general military mobilization to counter the Russian invasion of the country, launched that morning, according to a decree published on the website of the Ukrainian Presidency. The Ukrainian border agency has banned men aged 18 to 60 from leaving the country.
 
According to the text, the measure will affect those subject to military conscription and reservists and will apply within 90 days in all Ukrainian regions.
 
The local administrations, with the participation of companies and institutions of all types will have to ensure the arrival of mobilized people and requisitioned vehicles to assembly points and military bases, according to the decree.
