Vladimir Putin said he was ready for negotiations with Ukraine, provided that Volodymyr Zelensky and his teams recognize "the new territorial realities.

Russia is open to a dialogue with Ukraine provided that it accepts the "new territorial realities" born of the Russian offensive, said Thursday President Vladimir Putin. In a telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who called for a truce in Ukraine, Vladimir Putin "reiterated that Russia was open to serious dialogue - provided that the Kiev authorities comply with the well-known and repeatedly expressed demands and take into account the new territorial realities," according to a Kremlin statement.
