Volodymyr Zelensky thanked billionaire Elon Musk for supporting Ukraine with the Starlink satellite internet service. Built by the company SpaceX, Starlink will help Ukrainians access the Internet if telecommunication networks are unavailable or destroyed due to the armed conflict. Satellite Internet service involves transmitting Internet data from space via radio signals. Ground stations transmit the signals to orbiting satellites, which relay the data to users on Earth.
