A 3-year-old girl came close to the worst as she participated in the Tapeï, Taiwan kite festival, the "Hsinchu City International Kite Festival". Participants were throwing their canvas dragon into the air, when the latter's long tail wrapped around the child and carried him over ten meters high with it.

We can say that the girl was very lucky. She managed to hang on and was caught by adults seconds later as the kite came closer to the ground. More fear than harm, since she managed to get by with only a few scratches.
