Sylvie Claire / February 7, 2023

The 65th Grammy Awards ceremony took place this Sunday in Los Angeles. Harry Styles, Beyoncé, Adele and Taylor Swift are the big winners.

The awards are numerous and the artists are snapping them up. Harry Styles won the award in the category of best album of the year, Adele won the award for best pop solo performance... And Beyoncé won the award for best dance/electronic album. This last award makes the Queen B the most crowned artist of the Grammy Awards!

Indeed, the singer collected her 32nd gramophone, surpassing the record obtained by the conductor Georg Solti in 1990. She was also nominated in nine categories at this year's Grammys. "I try not to get too emotional. I try to just receive this evening," she confided after receiving her awards. She then thanks her parents, her "beautiful husband" Jay-Z and her "three beautiful children ».

Beyoncé makes history, but misses out on the ultimate award: the Best Album award. This prestigious award was won by British artist Harry Styles, thanks to his latest album Harry's House.

The American singer Lizzo won the award for the best recording of the year with her song About Damn Time. Samara Joy, the American jazz singer, won the coveted award for the best new artist of the year. Some critics are already comparing her to Ella Fitzgerald or Billie Holliday.
