Eruption in the Canary Islands: the Cumbre Vieja volcano is still erupting

The eruption of the Cumbre Vieja volcano in La Palma in the Canary Islands continues. The volcano has been erupting since September 19, devastating the western part of the island.
A week ago, the authorities of the Spanish island, had lifted the confinement of about 3,000 people decreed the day before for fear of toxic fumes, after a lava flow in the sea of the volcano.
