Drama in Italy: a teenager lashes out at his family and confesses, “I killed them all”

Steph Deschamps / September 3, 2024

This Sunday in Paderno Dugnano (Milan), a 17-year-old teenager killed his parents and younger brother. It was he himself who called the emergency services, inventing a story. He eventually confessed to his crimes.

Riccardo, 17, called 112 this Sunday in the Milan area. The family had just celebrated dad Fabio's birthday. During the call to the emergency services, the young man claimed to have killed his father because he had stabbed his mother and 12-year-old brother. But the teenager's statements were immediately incomplete and incoherent.

After a long interrogation, he confessed to the triple murder: “I killed them all, all alone.” He allegedly beat his victims one after the other, with dozens of stab wounds.

During questioning, not a word was said about the motive. According to the rescue workers on the scene, the young man spoke “calmly” and “was lucid”. According to the testimonies relayed by the transalpine media, this was a family with no history.
