The obligation to wear masks outdoors suspended in Paris: An excessive, disproportionate and inappropriate attack on individual freedom

The administrative court of Paris suspended Thursday the prefectoral decree which makes obligatory the port of the mask in outside in Paris since December 31, learned the AFP near the jurisdiction.
This decision comes a day after the Versailles Administrative Court suspended a similar order, a first in France, finding that the measure was an excessive, disproportionate and inappropriate infringement of individual freedom.
