People vaccinated against Covid-19 can gather together in small groups indoors without wearing masks and without social distancing, U.S. health officials said Monday.

They can also congregate without masks with unvaccinated people from only one other household at a time if they do not have risk factors at Covid-19, Rochelle Walensky, director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the nation's leading federal public health agency, told a news conference.
