Malia Obama: at the age of 22, she gets her first screenwriting contract

The eldest daughter of Barack and Michelle Obama will work as an author for a series inspired by Beyoncé.

 

A first mission for Malia Obama. Within the Amazon studios, the young woman will participate in the writing of the scenario of a series to be broadcast on the video platform of the e-commerce giant. According to The Hollywood Reporter, it is the actor and director Donald Glover who hired her. The series in question is called Hive and is mainly about a character inspired by Beyoncé.

 

 

Malia Obama has wanted to make a career in the world of cinema or series for several years. During her studies at Harvard, she did several internships in film production companies, such as the Weinstein Company (before the fall of her boss, Harvey Weinstein).
