The American actress Stella Stevens died at the age of 84

She died at the age of 84 after a long illness, the American media reported. Stevens suffered from Alzheimer's disease.
 
The actress broke through in the 1960s with roles in several films. For example, she played alongside Elvis Presley in "Girls! Girls! Girls!" and with Dean Martin in "How to Save a Marriage". She was also seen in "The Nutty Professor" and "The Poseidon Adventure". In 1960, Stevens received the Golden Globe for Best Newcomer for her role in the film "Say One For Me", which also featured Bing Crosby and Debbie Reynolds.
 
During her career, Stevens has also appeared in several television series. She also appeared several times in Playboy.
 
Stevens was in a relationship with rock musician Bob Kulick, who died in 2020 at the age of 70.
