Megha Thakur, star of the social network TikTok, died suddenly when she was only 21 years old.
The young woman, followed by nearly a million people on TikTok, loved to talk about "body positivity" and confidence on her social networks.
It was on November 24 that the young Canadian lost her life. Her parents announced the news on their daughter's social networks: "It is with heavy hearts that we announce that the light in our lives, our sweet, caring and beautiful daughter, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. She loved her fans and would have wanted you to know that she had passed away. Your thoughts and prayers will be with her on her journey. Megha's loving parents," they wrote, causing all of her subscribers to be moved and deeply saddened.
