Justin Bieber announces the birth of his son, Jack Blues

Canadian pop superstar Justin Bieber announced Friday the birth of Jack Blues, son of his union with American model Hailey Bieber, in an Instagram post that quickly racked up millions of “likes”. “WELCOME HOME, JACK BLUES BIEBER,” wrote the 30-year-old singer, captioning a photo of a newborn foot wrapped in a blanket.

 

The two celebrities announced in May that they were expecting a child, posting a series of photos and videos on Instagram at the time showing 27-year-old model and entrepreneur Hailey Bieber in a white lace dress, her hand resting on her rounded belly. Jack Blues is the couple's first child, reports celebrity media outlet TMZ.

 

Justin Bieber became a pop sensation in 2009, with a string of hits including “Baby” with rapper Ludacris and “Somebody to Love”. His army of fans, known as “Beliebers”, helped make him one of the most listened-to artists of all time. Hailey Bieber, daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, has modeled for the likes of Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger. She has also created her own brand of beauty products, Rhode.
