Justin Bieber affected by a rare syndrome, half his face paralyzed

Justin Bieber, who just canceled two concert dates in Canada, announced Friday on his Instagram account that he was suffering from a rare syndrome paralyzing one side of his face, forcing him to cancel the rest of his tour.
Hello everyone as you can see on my face, I have this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt, explains the world star on a video posted on his account with 240 million followers. There is a complete paralysis on this side of my face, continues the Canadian, showing that he manages to blink only one eye, or smile only on one side of the mouth.
So for those who are frustrated with the cancellations of my upcoming shows, I'm just not physically able to do them. It's pretty serious as you can see, the 28-year-old singer added.
Justin Bieber did not give any indication on a resumption of his tour, which was to stop Monday and Tuesday in New York, at the famous Madison Square Garden, then follow several dates in the United States before leaving for Europe.
It had already been postponed twice because of the pandemic and the cancellation of the concerts in Toronto caused the anger of some fans on social networks.
Ramsay Hunt syndrome is a complication of shingles that occurs when an outbreak affects the facial nerve near an ear. In addition to facial paralysis, it can lead to hearing loss.
The singer said he was doing facial exercises and taking time to rest and relax and get back to 100%.
