Funeral of the Bogdanoff brothers: the moving tribute of Alexandre (10 years), Igor's son

Steph Deschamps / January 11, 2022

Two identical hearses, two coffins side by side: the funeral of the Bogdanoff brothers, who died of Covid six days apart, gathered on Monday at the Madeleine church in Paris, relatives and hundreds of people.

The mass began around 15h this Mondayat the church of the Madeleine, where, among other things, the funeral of Johnny Hallyday in December 2017 had taken place.

On the mass booklet, a photo of the twins, with this sentence attributed to them: in the universe nothing is impossible!

But according to Gala magazine, the most moving moment of the ceremony was when 10-year-old Alexander, Igor's son, spoke. The little boy spoke these words into the microphone: Lord, I entrust you my dad and Grichka. These words were so moving that they echoed in the assembly, whose hearts were heavy for Igor's young children. Not far from Alexandre, 10 years old, was also his little brother Constantin, 7 years old, whom Igor Bogdanoff had with his ex-wife Amélie de Bourbon-Parme.
