Bill Gates told several friends that his marriage to Melinda was loveless for a long time.

Bill Gates and his wife Melinda had been living a separate life for some time before their divorce was announced, said a person close to the couple.

Bill Gates reportedly mentioned long ago to his golfing friends that their marriage was loveless.

And the New York Post reports, Bill talked to his close friends while playing golf. He told them some time ago that their marriage was loveless, that it had been over for some time and that they were living apart.

The Microsoft founder, 65, and Melinda, 56, announced their divorce in two tweets on Monday after 27 years of marriage.

It was then revealed that Melinda had consulted with divorce lawyers as early as October 2019. It was around the same time that the New York Times revealed that Bill Gates had met with Jeffrey Epstein (the pedophile billionaire from sex trafficking) on several occasions, who eventually committed suicide in prison last year while awaiting trial.
