Multiple victims stabbed in Quebec, a suspect arrested: the police ask citizens to stay at home, doors locked

Quebec police reported multiple victims allegedly killed by a man with a stabbing weapon in Old Quebec on Saturday night.

 

She arrested a suspect, she says on her Twitter account. Law enforcement officials have asked the citizens of the Canadian city to stay inside with the doors locked as an investigation is still ongoing.

 

According to several media citing police, there were at least two deaths and five injured and the suspect was dressed in medieval costume.

 

Dozens of police were deployed to Quebec City overnight from Saturday to Sunday to conduct the investigation.
