Missiles targeted a grain processing plant in the Black Sea port of Odessa on Saturday, Ukraine announced, accusing Russia of being behind the shooting, a day after Kiev and Moscow signed an agreement to resume Ukrainian grain exports blocked by the war.
Russian officials told their Turkish counterparts that Russia had nothing to do with the bombing of the port of Odessa in Ukraine, the Turkish Defense Minister announced.
- At least three people, including a soldier, were killed in Russian missile strikes in central Ukraine on Saturday, the governor of the Kirovograd region said. The strikes targeted railway infrastructure and a military airfield.
Two Americans died in the Donbass, in eastern Ukraine, where the war rages between the forces of Kiev and those of Moscow, confirmed the State Department. It did not specify whether they were indeed fighters.
