Vladimir Putin said he was ready for negotiations with Ukraine, provided that Volodymyr Zelensky and his teams recognize "the new territorial realities.
Russia is open to a dialogue with Ukraine provided that it accepts the "new territorial realities" born of the Russian offensive, said Thursday President Vladimir Putin.
