Poisoning of Kremlin opponents has become commonplace
Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich and Ukrainian officials who participated in talks with Moscow in March are suffering from symptoms of poisoning, according to a Wall Street Journal report published Monday.
Those affected would suffer from eye and skin irritation, but their lives would not be in danger.
Poisoning of Kremlin opponents has become commonplace, some resulting in death.
The new talks between the two countries for a ceasefire that were to take place Monday in Istanbul, were moved to Tuesday morning.
