She was supposed to perform at the big Canada Day: an event that was going to gather many artists this July 1st and that was going to be broadcasted on television. But Lara Fabian will finally not be able to participate in this great televised show. Two days before the event, the star announced on social networks that, due to health problems, she was unable to participate.
Lara Fabian gave details to her fans about the reasons for her absence: For several days, I have noticed a vocal irregularity even though I know my instrument perfectly well, I had to take it to an ENT specialist, Lara confided.
And he continues: His diagnosis tells me today that I have a problem with my vocal cords which requires a strict silence of two weeks minimum. All this forces me to be responsible and to be very vigilant in order to preserve my instrument. I am extremely sad not to be able to be with you on the occasion of this celebration, which is all the more important after all that we have been through this past year i was sincerely looking forward to it.
The star confides that she will be like the rest of the country, in front of the television to discover this show.
