Before Tik Tok who democratized the fashion of the playback on the networks, the specialist was Keenan Cahill. The Internet star died this Thursday in a Chicago hospital when he was only 27 years old.
He accumulated millions of views on his YouTube channel when he was only 15 years old. Keenan Cahill, who became successful in the very early 2010s, died on Thursday, a few days after an open-heart surgery that he himself had announced on Instagram. The young man adept at playback was suffering from the disease of Maroteaux-Lamy, where his dwarfism in particular, was only 27 years.
The Chicago native was receiving frequent treatment and undergoing several surgeries. The family reported "complications" during the last surgery.
Keenan Cahill found success with simple videos filmed in his bedroom. His first video in which he filmed himself singing lip-synching to Katy Perry, now has over 58 million views. A performance that allowed him to collaborate with several artists for his videos. We note Jennifer Aniston, Flo Rida, Cody Simpson, Justin Bieber, 50 Cent or even Doc Gynéco.
Several personalities have paid tribute to him on social networks.
