We've all heard the song Summer Breeze spinning at one time or another. One of the two members of the group Seals and Crofts, who created the hit, has died at the age of 80.
Texan James Eugene Seals, age 80, has passed away, as announced by his cousin Brady Seals on his Facebook account. My heart goes out to his wife Ruby and children. Please pray for them. What a legacy he leaves behind, he posted.
The singer formed with Darrell Crofts the duo Seals and Crofts since 1972.
The duo is best known for the song Summer Breeze, which has been covered many times since. Other songs include Hummingbird, Diamond Girl, We May Never Pass This Way (Again), I'll Play for You and Get Closer.
